Slow Cooling Conveyors

These are basically slat conveyors or honeycomb belt conveyors. To get the required cooling in specific time the cooling conveyor is fitted with combination of tube axial fans, centrifugal blower, side panels, top hood with asbestos cloth, variable frequency drive etc.

The blower is used for cooling at the end of this conveyor. Remaining length of conveyor is covered with side panels and top doors lined with asbestos cloth. This configuration gives lowest cooling rate.

To get required cooling effect Cooling conveyor can be arranged with various combinations of blowers, tube axial fans.
