Honeycomb Belt Conveyors

The flexible belt is manufactured by stainless steel strips formed in peculiar shape and thereafter reinforced with stainless steel round bars. Medium to light forgings can be handled on this type of conveyors. To achieve long life and more load carrying capacity we are also supplying double strip type honeycomb belt. These are slow moving conveyors. Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) can facilitate the further reduction in linear speed of conveyor.

Double strip honeycomb belts are used to carry heavy forgings.

Single strip honeycomb belts are used for comparatively lighter jobs/ forgings.
